Donor Journey

If you're giving equipment

  1. Submit the donation form with details on your item.
  2. We follow up within 2 business days to confirm details.
  3. Choose drop-off, or we arrange pickup for larger items.
  4. Your item is inspected, sanitized, and logged into inventory.
  5. You receive a confirmation — and a tax receipt once our 501(c)(3) is finalized.
Recipient Journey

If you need equipment

  1. Submit the request form — open to anyone, no documentation required.
  2. Your request is added to our queue, matched against current inventory.
  3. We contact you as soon as a matching item is available.
  4. Arrange pickup, or delivery where available.
  5. The equipment is yours — free, with no repayment or program enrollment.
